This is a fully Managed Service cloud solution, which provides monitoring and alerting of your mission critical servers and Windows-based machines 24/7/365. This includes a proactive alerting system, with reactive resolution of issues. Once an alert is received, ZLan will wait for customer approval before remediation of any issues are performed.

Based upon your computing environment and monitoring alert thresholds, notifications will be delivered by a member of ZLan's support team to the personnel who need to know that an alert has been received by our Network Operation Center.

Initial event detection, notification and diagnosis is performed 24x7 while also offering unlimited technical support options.

Proactive Event Identification

Service degradation monitoring analysis is available for areas such as network congestion and server utilization helping to prevent outages. This allows you to proactively respond to incidents prior to system or application failures.
